This is a LO I do each year on Liv's birthday to send to the 3 hospitals
that looked after her when she was born.

Journalling:
Olivia's third year started with a diagnosis of severe obstructive sleep
apnoea. Her development was being affected so she had her tonsils &
adnoids removed, with positive results. She very quickly started
putting weight back on. Her asthma has continued to trouble her
through the year, with her now on preventative medication. In August,
after a bout of ear infections, Olivia had grommets put in, which helped
with her speech development considerably. She now speaks in longer
sentences, & constantly repeats what everyone says. She loves going to
day care 3 days a week. She loves to sing & dance, especially with her big
brother Sam. She can throw a ball, kick a soccer ball and swing a golf club
like a pro. Her favourite colour is pink. Her favourite fruits are grapes &
blueberries. Her favourite toy is her 'baby' & Barbie. Her favourite TV
show is The Wiggles. Her favourite CD is Justine Clarke 'I like to Sing'.
She weighs 12.5kg and is 90cm tall.
And she brings nothing but pure sunshine into our days.
Born 19.10.05, 640gm, 30cm, 12 weeks NICU/SCN
