Here it is - my new scrappy area. We moved into a 3 bedroom apt, and DH willingly let me take over this room (though he does use the office portion, so it's not totally selfish) in return for no longer having my scrappy stuff all over the living room. Seems like a fair trade.

I have a few more office boxes to unpack and couple more of scrappy stuff too (the kind that was laying around not in the right place and so got thrown in misc boxes, lol), but most of the work is done in here and it feels like home. The room (11.6 x 11.6) hosts our computer desk with our desktop computer, scanner, printer, etc. and my new scrapbook workstation, and the walk-in closet (4x7) hosts all my scrappy supplies.
