My employer gives us Fridays off in August. Each year, I try to do something a little different - in the local area. This year's theme was Friday Flowers with Friends and on this particular Friday, my fun friend, Wanita, and I went to a hidden DC gem - the Aquatic Gardens: about 10 acres of garden ponds and marsh.
