Use the text tool, and a photo, to create a title for your page. In Paint Shop Pro, select the text tool and "create as selection". Select a font and size that will give you the look you want. Type onto the photo. (Since you're typing as a selection, you will not be able to move the text once your done. Alternatively you can type your text as a vector and then use the magic wand tool to select each of the letters.) When you've got the result you desire, select the photo layer and copy (Ctrl-C) the selection. Then paste it on your layout and treat it as any other embellishment.
