For the April Pet Challenge - to scrap your pet when they aren't feeling well or when they are recuperating from surgery or illness. Pic is of my Twinkie shortly after her recent surgery.
Journaling:
About a week after Twinkie’s surgery she started looking and feeling a lot better. She had been through a lot, having to have her toe removed. She was not allowed to go outside on her own and had to have her foot covered in plastic every time we went outside. She hopped on three legs and it looked totally exhausting for her. I was happy on this day because she felt well enough to put pressure on her foot to get up on the couch with some help. She looked happy to be up there and it was good to see her recovering so well.
Papers and elements from these kits: Paw-sitively Purr-fect (Jen Yurko), Vet Visit (Boomers Girl), Companion-Dogs (Kris Isaacs), Curated Team Scrapbook Mix 18 (Katie Pertiet), Ruff You (Meagan's Creations and Meghan Mullens collab), Furbabies Here Doggy Doggy (Designs by Shelle), and What a Pair (Bella Gypsy)
