Using up my Graphic45 Spring is in the Air Collection paper stash, I die-cut a bunch of pennants in different sizes and shapes.
Just for kicks, I cut a little pennant into one of the larger pennants and over it, place a postage shape. I used a deco edge scissors - remember those? Who still has a few pairs? #RaisingHand LOL! Fussy cut a couple of the smaller accents and cut a border. Pop up the larger pennants with 3D Foam Squares and wrap green Baker's Twine around the top of the pennants (secure it with Adhesive Dots Small),
Using the layered pennants as a guide, I placed the fish tail pennants on a Kelly Green card base with the E-Z Runner Ultra Strong and then the larger pennants on top with 3D Foam Squares. Done!
