Team Stencil and Then Stamp! LOL! I like to stencil first to get the background foundation in place (Dot Matrix Stencil from Art Anthology + the Pumpkin Spice Shimmer Interference Ink Pad by Lisa Horton. Then I stamped twice (each in different areas + direction) for a great accent.

Then I made this black wreath out of photo corners from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L (two different ring sizes layered). This is one of my favorite ways to create a wreath...great texture!

Then die-cut a twig wreath to go on top for interest before adding my letters and bling. Using the same orange ink, I swiped it across some white cardstock before die-cutting BOO to match (Julieta Alpha by PinkFresh Studio).
