Looking at the weekly card sketch challenge (33), I was inspired to use the Bubble Background Die by ALL & Create. It gives such a happy vibe :)

To tie the mood together, I used a yellow background. The HELLO sentiment was die-cut with 3D Creative Foam Sheets to add dimension and sparkly foil to stand out! The letters are from the Spell It Out Alpha Die Set.

For more sparkly accents, I randomly placed the E-Z Runner Stars (double-sided adhesive star shapes) on the card front...so easy + fast! #NoToolsNeeded
