I used the song I've had the time of my life and put the journaling under the song.
It reads:
When I look at these pictures, I see the look of stress, the look of frustration, the look of fear, the look of uncertainty. On Friday, September 9th, the test results came back from Hal’s stress test stating that he had blockage within his heart. The following Wednesday we left the kids with GG and headed three hours away to the heart specialist. We would meet the doctor for a consultation appointment before the heart catheter procedure that the doctor would perform to confirm or deny any heart problems.
Even though this was a trip just for the two of us, we still decided to book a room at the Great Wolf Lodge, an indoor water park. Setting all circumstances aside, we had an absolute blast playing around in the park together, the best part was floating on the lazy river, just the two of us, I truly had the time of my life just hanging out with the man that I love.
Although it was a nerve-racking time for the both of us, we tried to set the tension aside. But now, as I look back, I see the worry and the anxiety that lies within the expressions of these pictures, if only we knew then what we know now, the stress and fear would have disappeared because prayers were answered--the test results came back negative, absolutely no blockage in his heart! I am truly thankful for Hal and thankful to God for the answered prayers.
