I made this frame using an Ellison Thick cuts frame and backed it with chipboard. Then used a Sizzix Large Daisy Flower Die, again backed it with chipboard and cut it out on glitter felt. Then adhered to the bottom corner. Used a CM circle punch to create the flower centers. Also, used a stickles like white pearl paint to make the swirls.
