In my stash, I have this Pretty Kitty Collection. I don't have a cat so instead of keeping it, why not make pages and gift them to a cat lover?

I used the weekly layout sketch challenge (489) to motivate me and I love how it turned out :)

For the patterned paper strips, I took the border paper from the collection to cut them into strips and distressed both edges for texture. Next, I used a combination of the E-Z Runner Grand Permanent Dots + Crafty Foam Tape 108ft (height of 1mm) for interest.
