In the spring one year, I saw this adorable raincoat and matching boots and HAD to buy it for Faith (Yes, I spoiled her to death!) :D She wasn't so sure about it tho when her mom got it on her. But she was just adorable in it! She finally got used to walking in the boots (she hadn't been walking very long at the time). I pulled the bright colors from the raincoat and boots to accessorize this page with. I also made the altered art squares behind the embellies. The border is made from small mosaic pieces. And for the title at the bottom, I use a crimper for the back yellow piece and then a stencil and black pen to write QUACK and colored that in with colored pencils.
