Looking at the weekly card sketch challenge (39), I grabbed bright and cheerful patterned papers from LDRS to create my layered card...even the entire card front is layered with vellum to tone down the busy background. I used the E-Z Runner Permanent Fine (aka the Vellum Runner). Still a little busy but this sweet card made me smile :)

The flower cluster with the sentiment strip were lifted leftover 3D Foam Creative Sheets or you can use the 3D Foam Strips (1/8" width - perfect for the sentiment strips!).
