I used the Pink & Main "Confetti" folder to create the background, then did some ink blending to make it pop. The scallop circle is a Stampin Up punch from years ago, used on some scrap from my bin. The "hello" is a foiled die cut from my stash. I need to use more enamel dots on cards - they are rather fun!
