Cut it Out - you're kidding! Nope, not kidding!! Sharpen those scissors! I want you to take a piece of patterned paper and make it spectacular by cutting it up. You can cut out the design and reapply it; cut into the pattern and raise it with glue dots; cut along the pattern and stick a photo in the seam - get the idea? The only rule is that you keep to the pattern!
