Magistical Memories Chipboard Filigree Frame, MME 29th Street Market paper, Making Memories WordFetti – I took apart the two pieces of chipboard: for the center I covered it with the reverse of my paper and then sanded the white edge: and for the outside frame I spray with Ranger Mist.
