I got this idea from a mini-book made by Laura O'Donnell, featured in the Jan 2006 issue of Creating Keepsakes. I used Basic Grey Fusion papers and changed the format from a mini-book, to a 12x12 layout. I downloaded the questions from www.misstonigifts.net.
