Journaling reads: Ivan is full of sunshine and joy! From the moment he was born, he had the best personality and disposition. He was always so quiet, yet full of energy. The quietness came from being deaf. This photo was take at one of the fund raisers for his cochlear implant surgery. Ivan was a good candidate for the cochlear implants and received them in 2005. He now hears and is adapting to the hearing world.
