Journaling:
I shall never forget that day. It was a Monday, the
24th of November 2003, 4pm to be exact, when I
received my greatest gift ever! After eight
frustrating years of trying and always getting
negative results, my Pregnancy Test finally came out
POSITIVE! I couldn’t believe seeing the “double line”
at first so I verified the initial finding using a
more sensitive test just to erase my doubts.
I’ll definitely keep these two strips forever, for
they represent a very important turning point in my life, the beginning of so many wonderful moments -The Joys of Motherhood!
Materials used:1. Die cut – Cut out bird and leaves and flowers taken from BG Dasher (Partridge in a pear tree), BG phoebe (coit tower) 2.Blings – For eye and wings of bird, circle around the pregnancy strip 3. Thread – DMC Threads 4. Brads – over scallop corners and corners of journaling, Fabrics used: White Aida cloth where cross stitching was done and old rose cotton cloth, “Floss Gloss” glitter for DMC Threads, parchment paper for journaling

You have really made my day! Thank you very much for all your wonderful comments. Yes it took me a few days to cross-stitch but it was all worth it. This is one of my most special layouts and really means a lot to me. Again Thank you all for appreciating my work.
I absolutely adore that you cross-stitched and used it for your page. Cross-crafting is something I do sometimes but never on this level. Just WOW!!
