Today I'm sharing a layout inspired by Sketches 526 by Allison Davis for Scrapbook Generation!

One of the things I love most about working with sketches is their flexibility. This sketch was originally designed as an 8.5x11 layout, but I adapted it to fit a 12x12 page while keeping the key design elements that drew me to it in the first place.

The triangle design immediately caught my attention, so I stayed fairly true to the original sketch. To add extra texture and dimension, I incorporated hand stitching on the larger triangles, which helped emphasize the geometric design and brought additional detail to the page.

For this layout, I used the Simple Stories Fur Baby collection to document some special memories with my furry friend. The playful patterns and colors paired perfectly with the clean lines of the sketch and helped tell the story in a fun and meaningful way.
