Your Story Lives In My Heart

by SandyJayFeb 22, 2026
Forelock from my late horse, Hawk. The caption reads “In my heart is where your story lives”. One of the girls’ mothers we rode with brought her camera along when we went for a trail ride. She takes great photos. So grateful I have these! Miss my beautiful boy.

I still cry. He was very special to me. A horse only a mom could love, lol. I did get another horse, but this guy really paved the way. Forever grateful.

I'm so sorry, Sandy. Pets are like people -- each unique individuals. One will never replace another. It is wonderful that you are keeping his memory alive in your beautiful scrapbooks!
