I used an old book as my canvas for this project. I started with adding texture paste over a stencil, then added the metal elements to add texture and shape. Next, I went back and forth using paints and metallic flakes until I was happy with it. I added some matte finishing wax to add depth and shadows. I'm really happy with how this turned out! I still want to replace the inside pages with drawing paper.
