Sweetheart Moment
by Cassie WiscarsonJun 28, 2026
I created this layout using a variety of pink and red paper scraps to document a favorite photo of my pups. Working from a Scrapbook Generation sketch made it easy to mix and layer multiple patterns while maintaining a balanced design.
The rounded square composition provided the perfect framework for incorporating leftover papers from my stash. I added stamped stitching to several of the blocks to introduce subtle texture and create additional visual interest throughout the page.
To finish the layout, I used embellishments and stamps from Elle's Studio. The small phrases and heart accents complemented the color palette and added the perfect finishing touches without overwhelming the design.
This page is a great reminder that sketches and a well-loved stash can come together to create something special.
