When we first bought the property where we live now we needed someone to clear the literal jungle and build a driveway (the beginning of a road) so that when we sold the house in Florida we could get on the property and start building. Mr. Mick lived here and he had a sign by the road stating he did excavation work. So we stopped and knocked on his door. Turned out he was retiring and hadn’t taken the sign down yet. We had a nice chat and agreed on a price and amount of work and went back to Florida. A few emails back and forth and he did an amazing job!
