This is a picture of one of my husband’s ancestors. I believe she was the mother of my father in law. Her mother is standing behind her. They lived in Bean Station, Tennessee. The property was flooded when they developed the Tennessee Valley Authority to provide electricity for the region. I stamped the background on the white cardstock and the stitching. My Silhouette wouldn’t cut so I printed out the cut file and cut it out then painted the flowers and leaves with Nuvo Drops, Distress Crayon, watercolors and Stencil Butter.
