Today I’m sharing a layout created with a sketch from Scrapbook Generation and Allison Davis.

For this page, I used the Craft Room collection from Echo Park Paper and added mixed media to the background with Distress Oxide inks and black splatters for contrast and texture. I anchored the design with a bold patterned paper strip before layering in the photos and embellishments.

To finish the layout, I added machine stitching along with several die cut hearts for added detail and dimension. I always enjoy incorporating those small finishing touches to bring a page together.
