I'm finally getting back to working on my "ABC Book About Me" album. This is for H...maybe I'm back on a roll!

Journaling reads: "Life can be hard. I don’t think any person alive will argue that. We face hard times, losses of love and family, sometimes financial struggles or health concerns. But through it all, attitude can make such a difference! Merriam-Webster’s online dictionary defines happiness as “a state of well-being and contentment.” It is a state of being, not a response to good fortune or blessed events. We can then CHOOSE to live our lives with happiness in our souls. We can look to see the fresh start that a summer sunrise brings, and treasure the bounty seen at a local Farmer’s Market. We will all face tough times and challenges that may threaten to break our spirit, but through it all, we can also CHOOSE happiness. It is within our grasp, it is ours to have. It is a choice, and I CHOOSE happiness for my life, each day, every day, of my life."
