I took one star off because it says photopolymer but if it is, it's certainly not the type we know labeled 'made in USA' that has a stickiness to it. This set is made in China. That said, the designs are nice and seemed to take the Memento ink I used okay. The largest design will completely fill an A2 card edge to edge. It's value priced so I would still recommend if you like the designs.
