Basic Grey – Wandering To And Fro

Although I do not travel much I do tend to wander quite often. More often than not it is my mind that wanders…and sometimes I do not know where it has ended up or how it got there. But, that is a whole different story. I want to talk about scrapbook wandering, I do this frequently. Wander from blog to blog looking for inspiration and new ideas or trends. Wandering through the pages of our beloved gallery is my most favorite past time, it makes me happy to see what an awesome group of ladies we have here. This week I was honored to ~~work~~ play with Basic Grey's new line Wander. Basic Grey if often a company that you either love or have trouble working with. This collection in particular has some great designs and embellishments to make it very easy to work with. One of the new trends that I am seeing while wandering around is tags. they are everywhere! On cards, layouts, bookmarks and all sorts of projects.

Destination Unknown

In this layout I used 2 tags tied together as an embellishment on my layout. I also cut one of the Wander pieces in half and used each half. The little extra strip on the bottom of the page that you normally cut off and throw away was also used..the word wander was cut from it.
