Happy Fall With Imaginisce!

Imaginisce’s Apple Cider line

Fall is my favorite time of the year.  I love the cooler weather, the changing colorful leaves, carving pumpkins, Halloween and both of my kids' birthdays are in the Fall.  And I take a TON of Fall photos!  I totally fell in love with the new Fall line from Imaginisce called Apple Cider.  It was so much fun to work with and I know some people have trouble scrapping "theme" layouts but this line is very easy to work with.  My layouts all came together so quickly, and I am a slowwwww scrapper.  The pattern papers are beautiful and I love that on the front sides they all have glossy accents!  There are so many different kinds of embellishments to pick from.  I really love when a line gives you so much variety with embellishments.  You can pick from fabric stickers, chipboard stickers, rub-ons, 3D stickers, 3D journaling stickers, ribbons, stamps, mosaic leaf stickers and chipboard stickers.

The Cutest Pumpkins In the Patch:  These photos are from Fall 2009, taking photos of my kids with their pumpkins is something we do every year.  I used the back side of the Cinnamon Sticks paper and then layered on a Hazard Bazzill scalloped edge cardstock.  On top of the cardstock went the Changing Leaves paper (both sides) and a couple small strips of the Apple Crisp paper.  I had fun using a mix of the different embellishments offered with this line.  From the 3D stickers, mosaic leaf stickers, chipboard stickers to the fabric stickers.

Happy Fall With Imaginisce!

The Perfect Pumpkin:  The photos on this layout are from October 2007.  Erik picked out a big pumpkin that year, but then again he usually does.  The Intense Kiwi Bazzill cardstock is a perfect match for the Apple Cider line, which is the cardstock I used for my base on this layout.  I thought the dark brown dotted paper side of the Fall In Love paper was a good contrast with the pattern of the Autumn Splendor paper, love the designs on both.  I used the Apple mini letter stickers from My Little Shoebox on one of the 3D journaling stickers for part of my title.  I think it turned out really cute.

Pumpkin Guts and Parts:  Another Fall tradition the kids like to do is to carve their pumpkins the day before Halloween.  I wanted to use a big circle to mimic the roundness of a pumpkin so I cut a large circle from the So Grateful paper and overlapped it on the Suede Brown Bazzill cardstock.  A couple strips of paper from the Apple Crisp and Changing Leaves papers, a 3D journaling sticker, fabric sticker, title letters, buttons and this layout was done!

The Beauty Of Fall:  Here's photos of my beautiful daughter from October 2008.  This time I used the Sour Apple Bazzill cardstock for my background, it's a little brighter/lighter shade then the Intense Kiwi Bazzill but still matches great.  For my papers I went with the Apple Crisp, Fall In Love and Changing Leaves.  I really love the mosaic leaf stickers!  I paired them with some Zva Creative bling to mimic leaves blowing in the wind.

Fall Fun:  On the last layout I once again used the Intense Kiwi Bazzill cardstock, I really love the bright green with the Apple Cider line.  I kept the design and embellishments simple because I wanted the focus to be on the photos.  I remember how much fun the kids and I had doing this photo shoot.  The papers used here are the Apple Crisp and Cinnamon Stickers.  The 3D journaling stickers are the perfect touch and of course I love the chipboard stickers too.

  1. Great pairing of the cardstock with the pp. Love all of them, especially “The Beauty of Fall”. Love your use of embellies on all. Thanks for the inspiration!
