Round ‘n’ Round

create ways for softening digital corners

"You spin me right round baby right round…"  This is the song that comes to my mind everytime I think of this digi reveal!  Do you want to know why?  Because it is all about being "round" this week and the CT has done a phenom job with it; their layouts wil deinitely "spin ya right round"!  We mostly used rounded edges on only the photos, but don't forget that you can do round papers, round elements, and even round backgrounds.  So, the next time you sit down to create a layout, think of this and think round for something different!!

Round ‘n’ Round

This week we are featuring layouts with photos that have rounded corners. I will admit this is not something I do often so it was a challenge to find the right photos to work with. For me rounded corners work best with more elegant, feminine themes so I chose a recent photo of my dd. I really love how it came out and honestly would never have thought to do it this way. ~ Ronny

For the Digi CT reveal this week it's all about rounded corners. Rounding your corners, I find, always adds a softer look to your page and always draws the eye into it. ~ Jenn

I don't often use rounded corners but it was a lot of fun for this layout. It was fun to creative out of my usual style box! ~ Shannon

Lately I have been loving the look of rounded corners. They are very trendy right now and add a design element that creates a space that is soft and sweet, it's perfect for SPRING and any time of the year, but I am especially feeling the rounded corners as we roll into Spring! ~ Janelle

The digi-reveal this week was round corners. Every photo and a few of the papers in this layout have rounded edges. It's very simple to create and give the photos a different feel than just a rectangle image on a page. They also don't look as weird unframed as straight edge photos do to me. ~ Jenn K.
