Hello! Here's a little bit about me ...
I started scrapbooking in 2002 but these days I am more focused on making cards.
Scrapbooking and card-making appeal to the journalist in me. My college degree is in journalism, and I worked for 15 years at a daily newspaper. As a journalism student, I learned the principles of publication design, from creating a focal point and use of white space to font selection and color theory. As a journalist, I designed thousands (yes, thousands) of newspaper pages and cropped thousands of photos.
I love the look of stitching on my projects, whether machine sewn, stamped or rubbed-on. I do some stamping and inking too, and, well ... I love it all! TFL -- Rhonda
