The weather here has me in an "all things Fall" mood. This is my favorite season, by far!  For this month's challenge, I have the mood board below.  You must use the main color scheme of the mood board  (deep blue and golden yellow - please no brights/pastels...they don't fit the season and intent. )   In addition, pull 3 inspirations from the mood board to use on your layout, card, or craft project, and let us know what they were.



You have until midnight, September 30th to upload your project into the gallery spot I've provided.
Must be a new creation.
Can be combined with one other challenge that allows combining, plus those challenges requiring multiple prompts (Bi-monthly, 100 Papers, Team challenge).

I used so many older papers and that made me so happy!  
I was inspired by the colors, leaves, branches and the woodgrain.  The scrap strip behind the black lace is blonde woodgrain (hard to see) and the additional leaves are wood veneer.

Lovely color combination.  I see a touch of rusty orange in the leaves along with the gold.

As I said, in the gallery, the center postcard is meant to double as a photo.  That way, I could overlook the other dabs of color!  The other inspirations are birds, leaves, branch/log, and round shapes.  Thanks!

Hard to see (I added a closeup in my gallery) but the base is a dark woodgrain - taking the logs and trees as inspiration, the shimmery blue washi reminds me of water ripples, and the stamped leaves. The light made the yellow a lot brighter than it is in real life.

Thank you for the Challenge. THis looks a bit brighter in the picture than it does in person. It was a bit moodier.
My inspirations were the swirls in the water- the kaleidoscope image, the leaves on the ground, the dots stamped on the gold bhind the photos, and the reflection of the tree in water- the use of reflection in the kaleidoscope and the missing body in the photo,

Love this mood board! My take using dark blue and gold accents - the main photo worked perfectly with both the gold accents and plaid blue background. I was inspired by the round circular elements, the patchwork configuration, and the stripes on the leaves.
