Honestly Kristi, for me there are 2 or 3 reasons.
1--time-you know me well enough to know that I have so much scrappy stuff and never find the time to scrap

2--knowledge of digi scrapping

3--computer needs to be updated

I am scared I will become addicted to it and I am trying not to spend $ right now (need to save it for son going to college). I do plan on going over and trying it though because I've heard so many good things about it.

I don't really know what it is.... do we have to download something to our computer? Since our computer crashed in September---DH has it all rigged that we can't just download right away...

Because I would use Close to my Heart's New Studio J!

But actually, I don't use any digital, I need to get my hands in the paper etc.

I have tried it out and made one LO, but haven't had time to play around some more. One reason I haven't aside from time as Kara mentioned, I also have many digi kits that I still want to work with.

Re: so tell me...
I jokingly refer to digital scrapping as "going to the dark side" but this sounds like something I definitely want to try. If I do not do any challenges tomorrow I will be testing it out (after I get dh off the computer). I do not see myself ever going totally digi for MANY reasons but this sounds like a great way to go hybrid.

I just don't really like the look of digital scrapping. I love the layers involved with traditiona scrapping.

ooo right there Kara, it is a web-based program which means there is absolutly NOTHING to download, no program to run. If you can get on the internet, then you're ready to tre the FREE version. and did I mention it is soooo easy?! i bet if you looked at it, you could figure out how to start a simple page :winkb: :winkb:

I'm just not interested in digi scrapping - and I have enough supplies to start a small scrap store and love to create lo's with my hands - not virtually.

I have PS CS3, PSE6, & corel. I don't see the point of paying for something to do what I can. I have tons of kits and want to be able to use them without paying for it. For someone already in the digital world, I don't see the point. I understand the interest for newbies to digital.

I guess I don't know enough about it, but I have photoshop elements and I got so frustrated with it. I can't figure anything out. But then again, I haven't read the manual or help.
