Hey Cherries. 18 years ago today my sweet granddaughter Maddie was born. I can’t believe she turns 18 today. I’ll be going over to DD’s to celebrate later today. I made her card yesterday and just have to run out and pick up the requested Carvel fudge topped ice cream cake. It’s a family favorite.
This also marks 18 years that I am on the boards, as I joined about a month or so before she was born. I had been shopping here for quite some time but got up the courage to join the boards during an August crop. Longtime Cherries will remember that there were multiple crops during the year back then. It took a lot for me to join in as I am a very shy person. But the Cherries were great and welcoming and I was very comfortable here right from the start.
I did some planning on my mini album project yesterday. I’m not quite there yet with papers and backgrounds and still trying to work that out. It’s a process for sure.

Kiddos are back in class today and we started district testing, yes more testing. Finished the chiefs game last night and wrote what a game. Not sure if I’ll be scrapping when I get home, today I start tutoring a child on the side. Have a great day everyone.
