Hey Cherries. 18 years ago today my sweet granddaughter Maddie was born. I can’t believe she turns 18 today. I’ll be going over to DD’s to celebrate later today. I made her card yesterday and just have to run out and pick up the requested Carvel fudge topped ice cream cake. It’s a family favorite. 

This also marks 18 years that I am on the boards, as I joined about a month or so before she was born. I had been shopping here for quite some time but got up the courage to join the boards during an August crop. Longtime Cherries will remember that there were multiple crops during the year back then. It took a lot for me to join in as I am a very shy person. But the Cherries were great and welcoming and I was very comfortable here right from the start. 

I did some planning on my mini album project yesterday. I’m not quite there yet with papers and backgrounds and still trying to work that out. It’s a process for sure.

Kiddos are back in class today and we started district testing, yes more testing.  Finished the chiefs game last night and wrote what a game. Not sure if I’ll be scrapping when I get home, today I start tutoring a child on the side. Have a great day everyone.

Been out walking.  Very nice morning.  Sunny, in the 50’s.  Headed to the 80’s.  
Already been doing some sewing and plan to continue that today.  Need to figure out dinner.

Went to Bible study first thing this morning and then directly to a hair appointment.  Just got home to grab a quick bite for lunch then hiking with friends.  No time to get inky today but we're supposed to have a Nor' Easter this weekend so I'll have a day to spend inside.  Hope everyone has a great day!  Happy birthday to your granddaughter Maddie.

Happy autumnal equinox! Beautiful fall day here but weather folks still predicting low to mid 90’s next 2 days then poof right back down!

Still playing with pumpkin cards but going to see if I have a turkey stamp and maybe even a cornstalk stamp I think. Hmmm anybody remember a pilgrim stamp?

Anyhow have a very good Tuesday!

The grands grow up so much faster than our kids did! My youngest will be 13 next month!!!

Hello Cherries!  

It is STILL raining!!! It stopped for awhile last night But it started again just before I woke up at 8:30. And most of the time that rain has been REALLY pouring! It’s hard to believe sometimes that it could rain any harder and then it does!!!! 

Im really tempted to ignore any chores and go to my room and play. I might just do that! I really need too do some sweeping though…

Hello Cherries!
