Hey Cherries. Another cool morning heading to the 70s. No plans for me today except to get some things done around this house and work on a card. I am also going to run out to Staples. I have two printers here that don’t work and haven’t known what to do with them. I found out that Staples will take them for recycling so I’m going to drop them off there today. I’ll be happy to get them out of here.

Hey that's cool that Staples recycles them! Thanks for the tip, Barb! I'll have to let people know; I KNOW I didn't know what to do with mine when it broke!

Hey Cherries  
I've been staying kind of busy lately. Been applying for all kinds of jobs and still clearing some clutter and things from around my bedroom and art room. I have JUST a little left to do in my closet and while it's been a process, I'm glad I've been doing this! 
I was off yesterday and took myself out on the bus to the shopping center. It takes an hour that way EVEN though it's only a few minutes up the road. CRAZY but it was a nice day and I needed the exercise and it felt good handling my business myself!  
I'm gonna have another cup of coffee and catch up on the boards, then might go work on my painting.

Good luck with the printers, I know what a good feeling it is to get stuff out of the house. I have a few bags going for the thrift store and will have to entice DD to help me drop them off. (She loves thrifting, especially when it's on my dime, haha!)

Another 80 degree day for us. Thankfully the night cooled down and so did the house. My house doesn’t warm up too much and able to squeak throughout without having to turn the ac on. Have been out walking. Not sure what’s on the agenda today. Hopefully getting our new gas fire place hooked up. It will soon be the season to enjoy one. I did scrap for a bit yesterday afternoon after all my cleaning got done. Got a couple of finished layouts uploaded.

Wow it’s grey and overcast out but off in the distance to the east is a bit of blue sky.  High today of 80!  Fingers crossed but it’s still quite early for the heat to b done around here. 

nothing going on today.  Might wander out to Hobby Lobby for no particular reason, lol,  but I’ve been saying that for several weeks and still haven’t gotten there. 

anyhow have a tolerable Tuesday.

We have an Electronics recycling place around here.  They take old cell phones, keyboards, printers, chargers…...  The main problem is getting there when they are open.  The Senior Citizen place has a ‘dumpster’ for things, but that is further away.

I am having a cr@p day, sort of.  I know I bought a stamp set not too long ago, and Incan’t find the dang thing.    Of course I can’t find it because I wanted to work on a layout.

The latest weather report says we are due for low ‘80’s by the weekend, but NWS says things may be in the mid to upper ‘80’s.  We shall see.

Been busy at work and trying to keep up with the house.  The next two weekends are busy with a girls weekend for me, guys weekend for him, and then bam... get the wedding props, etc.  done. 

I have a two pager on my desk just waiting for some love.  Hopefully, soon.

Hello cherries. Yesterday wiped me out with all the issues that got reported. I'm still trying to figure out a payroll issue. Got an early phone call from the tech who was going to handle the email issue. The login issue was passed to a higher level engineer and he touched base at lunch. I sent him screenshots and explained in a little more detail. No word yet on that either.

Mr. Jackson had his wellness exam and shots today at 1:30, so he was stuck inside since 6 AM. Not a happy camper at first, but after the zoomies, he settled down and took a nap until momma snagged him and put him in his carrier at 1:10. He only meowed a couple of times. He did GREAT. He was really sweet with them handling him. Everything looks great. He even got blood work done as he is now 9 years old AND he still goes outside. PLUS, last time they did blood work was when he was a kitten. So things probably have changed!

Got home and boy was he happy! So was his sisters. Everyone is passed out now as I continue trucking with the payroll stuffs.

I'm on here late today!  It was a gorgeous day again and I am loving the breeze.  Did a few errands...library, picked up some items for DD and home to finish a LO I was working on.  I actually completed 2 challenge LOs and another card in the past 2 days.  That's a record for me.  Tomorrow I hope to get them posted in the gallery.  Today we left at 2:30 to pick up Jack from school and stayed with him until his mom was home from work.  His sister had cheer practice and our oldest daughter picked her up and brought her home.  Tomorrow is another pick up day for us and then DD has a training class so she will be remote all next week and able to get Jack back and forth.

Great idea!  We don’t have a staples, but maybe one of the other ones like Best Buy?  Last time we took ours to a drop off place that took them, but I don’t know if they exist any more.

We go to Office Max/Depot.  No printer recycle rewards there.  Ink recycle?  Sure.
