Halloween "Find"
by ScrapnreadNov 15, 2003

My first layout postings! (My daughter helped me learn how to scan my pages in two parts and use Adobe Photoshop to "put the pieces together". This was necessary because my album is a 12x12 and the scanner just ain't big enough to scan the whole image at one time!)

These are from an "Explore" (to use one of Pooh's terms, I believe...) that a friend and I took a couple of years ago... We found a great little craft store out in the country, decorated to the hilt for Halloween. What a photo opportunity!

We each took our own pictures and then got double prints, giving the spare set to each other, and then we each scrapped our "road trip" (I may post some of my other pages later...) It was fun to see how different our pages turned out.

[At the time I scrapped these, I never thought I would be posting them online, so I don't remember the sources of all the stickers, etc. Some were Stickopotamus... I used a template for the border on the title page, and a couple of Halloween stencils from JoAnn's for the witch and the cauldron on top of the pumpkin...piecing together scraps from cropped pictures. The large fall tree on the 2nd page was also made with cropped smaller images. The little leaves on this page and on the title page were punched out of scrap paper and scrap photo pieces.]
