Pinwheel and Tube Instructions:

1. Cut diagonal lines as shown on template included in instructions, almost to the center of your square paper , stopping
about half an inch from the center. (If you prefer, fold paper in half or diagonally draw lines.)
2. Pierce the paper by poking a hole in every other corner (as shown in the diagram) as well as in the very center of the paper.
3. With the polka dot side facing down, push the brad through the back of the paper in each of the outer holes so that each little wing is overlapping the next, then go through the center hole and fasten the brad down.
4. Attach the skewer to the back of the whirly gig using a Zots and insert through the hole in the top of the tube.
5. Adhere white SRM “make a wish” sticker to the bottom of the body of the tube or up the side of the tube.
6 Center and adhere the red polka dot piece of paper onto the mint decorative edge piece of paper. Then center and adhere
this strip on the white tag.
7. Adhere SRM “party” sticker to red polka dot panel.
8. Trim SRM party hat sticker and place in the bottom left corner of the tag.
9. Fold the twine in half, and make a slip knot through the tag. Wrap the ends around the tube several time, and then tie a bow.

Card Instructions:

1. Place SRM “happy birthday” sticker across the red polka dot card panel, about 1/4” above the punched hole. Trim off the extra or wrap around behind the cardstock
2. Trim the SRM “HAPPY” sticker so that it just says HAPPY without the quotation marks and adhere to card front, approximately 3 rows of red dots above the “happy birthday” sticker.
3. Wrap the black gingham ribbon around the card front right above the “happy birthday” sticker and tie a bow to the left side.
4. Line up the scalloped holes and adhere the polka dot card panel to the front of the folded card base.
5. Open the card and adhere the mint colored paper to the inside of the card.
6. Place SRM “make a wish” sticker to the center of the inside of the card.
7. Close the card and adhere SRM cupcake sticker to the center of the scalloped circle opening
