Journaling reads: (it did not scan well) A Winter Storm hit north central West Virginia on Oct. 24, 2005. A storm that was not suppose to be. We were only to get rain and ended up getting close to 8” of snow. Our power went out Tuesday morning and did not come back on until Thursday night. Everyone is calling it the “storm of the century”!
