*CHA New Year's Challenge*

STOP - I need to stop worrying about the future. Both Rob and I work, are frugal and save. And Rob does have a plan. I just need to realize that everything is going to be okay.

SLOW - I need to slow down on trying to get everything done in one day. I work full time, so its 'okay' to not have the house cleaned and dinner made and all the laundry done.

GO - I need to go ahead and say "I need me time!" If I feel like I am about to lose control because life gets in the way, its okay to take a small break and scrap!
