DH's cousin's girls at Christmas (in 2008!) I am so far behind!
Did this for the July Christmas/Holiday challenge using Option 1: my 4 things are red, green, white, & black color scheme, silver journaling, journaling strips, shaped brads, and flowers (hey that's 5, lol).
