I chose wood grain (washi), cream color (photo mat, ribbon, journal card), journal card, ribbon with words (woof), and bling (paw prints).
Journaling reads: Penny was curious about the camera when I'd take her picture. She'd always look up when she saw the flash - even when she was busy chewing on a bone. November 19, 2012.
