This layout started with a Kaiser Craft Kit from their line Ma Cherie. The teacup is called doodle floral teacup which I found online (SVG). The teabag tags started with an image I found online and then moved lines to meet my needs. I inked the edges with brown ink, so it looked like a teabag. I matted the pictures with a Karen Foster Design from my stash. (Passion Stripes). Many of the flower designs are popped up for effect.
