Found some 1998 pictures of the grandkids at Wild Waves. Making 3 LOs. This one for DGD.
I used modeling paste and colored it with ink (yellow and pink) and used a stencil(Color Box). Gems - Studio Calico, Ranger Stickles - glitter glue on mermaids. pps - Craft Smith, Cs - Paper Company

Technique challenge - colored modeling paste with ink from re-inkers yellow and pink.
