GGD's album - documenting her first library card. For some reason had a hard time with this one - picking out papers. I had downloaded some 1st library card clipart - but colors and all didn't work. I finally found this Echo Park pp - Splash. Even though it is a summertime/pool collection the colors worked.

The background paper is actually a darker blue - Bazzill Whirlpool. Alphas - Basic Grey; pp & stickers - all Echo Park except pink pp is Basic Grey and puffy sticker is Momenta (it is glittery); misc sequins. Cartoon is Peanuts - Charles Schultz. From Web - it was b&w so I used watercolor pencils for color.
