For scrapy1967 NSD 2019 Challenge - create a layout that looks like the front page of a newspaper. Well my Twinkie just happened to give me the perfect idea for this! Omg Twinkie! Lol!

I set the headline type and the article on my Mac and printed them on plain white cardstock.

The article:

May 5, 2019 * Long Island, New York

A dog was spotted in the backyard of a Long Island home that seemed to be a half yellow and half black lab. A lab like this has never been seen before. The top of the dog was completely yellow lab, but halfway down it appeared to be a black lab.

After investigation, it was found that since it had been down pouring for many days in a row, large puddles of mud had formed in the owner’s backyard. The lab decided it would be fun to go swimming in one of those mud puddles. In the pouring rain, she went outside and submerged herself in the mud, seemingly having the time of her life. When she emerged from the mud she was completely black on the bottom, leading us to falsely believe she was some sort of hybrid lab, when in fact we now know that she is strictly a yellow lab.

The owner commented that this lab has been known to play in the mud before, but never to this extent. She declined to say how long it took for this lab to get cleaned up.

Pictures had been taken to prove that this lab just has a tendency to get completely covered in mud and is in no way a two-colored lab. After seeing said photos, one has to wonder if there is some species of pig in this particular lab’s bloodline.
