My D page for the ABC Album Challenge. My girls also love their summer fun! I really didn't think I was going to get all that journaling on that one card, but I managed it! Give me a fine, fine point and I can write really small lol. This is also for the August/September Use Your Stash Challenge - to use a lot of yellow, use wood veneer, and do hand journaling.

Journaling:
As much as they love the cold and the snow – Twinkie and Sky also love the summer. There is nothing like a fun sunny day in the yard with their pool filled with water and mom sitting on the deck throwing the ball. Sky loves to splash in the pool as it is being filled, and Twinkie likes to go around and around in the water in circles. And it is so cute when they both lay down in it together. On days when it is very hot and humid the pool is a necessity to cool them down, especially for Twinkie who will chase that ball over and over again with everything she's got. After every 4 or 5 throws she will go and lay down in the water and cool herself off, then bring the ball to me to throw it again. And if that's not fun enough, they get to do it all again when Dan takes them out too.
