For the July Movies of the Decade Challenge - to chose a title from the top 200 movies of the 1960's and use it for the title of your layout. I chose movie title #65 "Wait Until Dark" for this layout of Maddie and Aiden playing with light wands while waiting for it to get dark enough for the fireworks display on the 4th of July back in 2015.

Journaling:
We like to go to the baseball stadium where the LI Ducks play to see the 4th of July fireworks, as they always have a big professional display when they have a home game on the 4th. We can get very close to where they shoot them off if we park in one of the lots in the area and walk over to just outside the stadium. Cindy and Eric and the kids sometimes go too, and when they do we try to find each other and meet up if we can. This particular 4th in 2015 we were able to meet up and while we were waiting for it to get dark enough for the fireworks to start I bought Maddie and Aiden each a light wand that someone there was selling. They had a great time with them while waiting for the fireworks to start. After it got dark enough the fireworks started and it was a wonderful display as usual, and then we all went back to our house for ice cream.
