Khaki Campbells and Dixie Chicks

by GinniGFeb 14, 2023
These are pictures of our ducks and chickens. The breed of ducks is Khaki Campbell and we can’t tell them apart so we just call them the Khaki Campbells. We thought the chickens were all hens and we were both born in the south so we decided to call them the Dixie Chicks. But it turned out that two were roosters and only one (Chickadee) was a hen! But that one hen gives us an egg every day! Someday the ducks will be giving us eggs as well but they haven’t started yet. For the Manufacturer with a Twist challenge, the patterned papers are old Graphic 45 papers so there are 5 words in the title and 4 circles (one is a picture).
Materials – Based on a sketch by Debbie Sanders; Cardstock – Bazzill; Patterned Papers – Graphic 45; Ink – Ranger Distress Mini “Ground Espresso”; Enamel Dots – Nuvo Glitter Drops “Chocolate Fondue”; Title Cut with Silhouette with PN Millionaire font; Journaling font – Book Antiqua; Embroidery Thread - Cado; Pen – Sakura Gel Roll

I love those photos!! My older daughter had various chickens over the years but when they moved to Utah, her in-laws took the newest chickens. We live in a townhouse community and couldn't take them. Thanks for participating in the February Manufacturer with a Twist.
